A Customer Service Black Hole: No Tracking, No Humans, Just Frustration 😤

I feel compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a warning to others. My frustration stems from the complete lack of information regarding shipment tracking and the almost non existent availability of a human being to speak with. The support email is a dead end, responding only that it isn't monitored. The online chat is a farce; I tried using it to speak with a human and waited 35 minutes without a response, and the following day I waited for an hour with no luck. Not having a human being easily accessed is just not good customer service. This whole ordeal is why I was so determined to finally get through to a person.

Customer: After an hour on hold, I finally get a person. Is anyone actually working here? I have no idea where my package is, and your chat bot is completely useless.

CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about your long wait and the frustration with our chat service. I understand you're looking for tracking information. Can I please have your order number to help you immediately?

Customer: It's 105XXXXXX. But what good is that? Your support email is unmonitored and the chat is a black hole. I'm not confident you can actually help.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the poor experience you've had with our support channels. I have your order now. It was handed off to our shipping partner and has just been received by USPS. I can provide you with the direct USPS tracking number.

Customer: So it has to go through a third party first? That just seems like an idiotic way to lengthen the shipping time. Just give me the number.

CS Rep: I understand your point, and I will pass that feedback along. The USPS tracking number is 9400 XXXX. For the trouble you've experienced, I've also added a 15% discount credit to your account for a future order.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
