Let me share my terrible online shopping experience with you, as a cautionary tale. My recent attempt to order glasses from GlassesUSA was an absolute nightmare. The web site was so messed up; it took me 2-1/2 hours just to purchase two pairs of glasses! I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase, which means I'll have to be sent an email just so I can type in the information that I already typed in on their silly website. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. I felt compelled to leave a review and contact customer service because I honestly don't know if I will ever attempt to order glasses from GlassesUSA ever again after this.

Customer: Hello, I'm calling about an order I just tried to place online. Your website is incredibly frustrating. CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience. Could you please tell me more about what happened so I can assist you? Customer: Well, it took me two and a half hours to even try and buy two pairs of glasses. I couldn't save my prescription details to continue, and now I'm being told I'll get an email to re-enter everything. It's ridiculous! CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration; that sounds incredibly inconvenient. We apologize for the technical difficulties you encountered with our prescription upload feature. Let me look into your order history and see if I can manually assist with uploading your prescription now, so you don't have to wait for an email. Customer: That would be a huge help. This whole process has been a total waste of my time. I just want my glasses ordered correctly.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of a frustrating online experience.
