GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received, and they have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, and I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I just want my money back! I decided to call customer service because this situation is unacceptable, and I need a real person to help me resolve this.
Customer: Hi, I'm calling about order number 105081183. My glasses never arrived, and I've been waiting for a refund for weeks now. The tracking shows it stuck in Atlanta, and I keep getting bot responses. CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience, sir/ma'am. Let me pull up your order.
