Great Product, Terrible Service: A Frustrating Experience & A Warning ðŸ˜
I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. I want to be clear: the quality of the frames and lenses was surprisingly great, far better than I expected. But the service was atrocious. "Firstly, be aware that the company replies to every negative review with the same answer….\"there was an issue with the product so it had to be remade\"! Garbage answer. I was ripped off for express shipping on several pairs and would never do that again!" The complete lack of support and the feeling of being ignored after paying extra is what drove me to try and get through to a person and share my story.
Customer: I paid extra for your faster shipping, but it still took a few weeks to get my glasses. What's the point of offering it if it doesn't work?
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. Can you please provide your order number so I can investigate the shipping issue for you?
Customer: It's [Order Number]. But it’s not just the shipping. Your "live chat" is a joke and no one answers emails. It’s a shame, because the glasses are actually high quality. Your customer service is what’s failing.
