⚠️ A Customer Service Nightmare: Ignored, Lied To, and Then a Bizarre 'System Error'


I'm writing this to warn others about the absolutely nightmarish experience I had. After weeks of being ignored and given excuse after excuse, I can only conclude that this was the worst customer service ever. They claimed to have shipped out my order and that it would be delivered in 10 business days. I never got any updates on my order, they never answered my emails and the live chat reps always gave me the run around. I finally asked for a refund and they did but continued to send me emails about the order as if it had been delivered! This final, bizarre email is what prompted me to get on the phone with them one last time, leading to this unbelievable conversation.

Customer: I need someone to explain why I received an email saying my order was delivered when I fought for weeks to get a refund for it because it never even shipped.

CS Rep: I'm very sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this immediately?

Customer: It's order #54321. I have the refund, but now you're claiming it was delivered. Are you just marking orders as delivered for your stats after making customers beg for their money back?

CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order and the processed refund. I sincerely apologize; the delivery notification was a system error and should not have been sent after the cancellation. There's no excuse for the poor communication you experienced.

Customer: A "system error." That's what you're going with after weeks of ghosting my emails and your chat reps giving me nothing. This whole process has been a joke.

CS Rep: I understand completely. Your frustration is justified. I have confirmed your order is canceled and have personally removed you from any further automated emails regarding it. I am truly sorry for this entire ordeal.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
