I'm writing this because I had a truly terrible online shopping experience, and I want to warn others to shop elsewhere. It feels like this company will gladly take your money, but when it’s time for them to fix an issue, it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get in touch with someone in India, they are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They just don't care because there's no one else to talk to in order to file a complaint. I truly feel like I was scammed, with no way to get help. That's why I felt compelled to reach out to their customer service, hoping to resolve the issue with my glasses.

CS Rep: I understand you're experiencing frustration with your recent order. Could you please describe the specific issue you're having with your glasses? Customer: The prescription feels off, and frankly, your automated system made it impossible to get help. When I finally spoke to someone, they were incredibly rude and just hung up on me. It feels like no one cares to fix problems once you've taken my money. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching our support and for the unprofessional interaction you described.
