Great Product, Terrible Service: A Frustrating Warning 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses from GlassesUSA. My experience was a mix of genuine surprise and utter frustration. I want to be clear: I didn't really expect too much quality in the actual glasses but I was proven wrong! I am happy to report that they sell quality frames and the lenses are superior to what I have gotten at Lens Crafters! But what a shame. They have such a great opportunity to sweep the market for online glasses but they failed and it's all due to NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! After my emails went unanswered and the "live chat" was useless, I finally managed to get someone on the phone to address why I paid for express shipping when my glasses took weeks to arrive.
Customer: I’m calling about my order. I paid extra for faster shipping, and it still took weeks to arrive. What am I paying for? Your email and chat support are completely useless.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay and your difficulty reaching us. I understand your frustration. Could I please get your order number to look into this for you?
Customer: It’s 987654. The glasses themselves are great quality, but this experience is terrible. You can't promise fast shipping, charge for it, and then just ignore customers. It makes me not want to shop with you again.
